Condition & Warranty
Unless specified as used (pre-owned), all products sold are new. A LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY on parts and labor is provided with each new Pinch Gauge and Hydraulic Hand Dynamometer. The warranty covers any defect in the manufacture workmanship by B&L Engineering. A LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY on parts and labor is provided with each new Saehan Digital Hand Dynamometer. Contact B&L Engineering customer service for more information on manufacturer warranty period and coverage for other new products.

Dealer pricing is available to qualified resellers. You can download our Dealer Credit Application Form, fill it out, sign it and fax it to (714) 505-9493. Please allow 1-2 business days to establish your account.
Net 30 Days
B&L Engineering extends Net 30 Days on approved credit for U.S. customers. International customers with an established purchase history may also qualify. Please contact B&L Engineering for details. A signed hardcopy or faxed purchase order is required for both domestic and international orders.
B&L Engineering accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Order products online using the shopping cart feature or fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to (714) 505-9493. Credit card orders are charged when your order is processed for shipping.
Bank Wire Transfer
B&L Engineering accepts bank wire transfers for international customers. Bank details are provided with acceptance of pro forma invoice. Please note a $25.00 service charge will be added to your total to cover transfer fees. All orders are processed when your transfer has been confirmed.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery on all shipments both domestic and international shall be FOB origin. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products by B&L Engineering to the carrier. Reasonable handling fees may be added to any shipment to cover materials.
B&L Engineering usually ships domestic orders via UPS Ground prepay and add. This means we pay the freight charges and add them to your invoice. All shipments are fully insured to protect B&L Engineering from possible loss due to damage or loss during shipment. If requested by the customer, B&L Engineering will ship according to the terms indicated by the customer online or in the purchase order.
B&L Engineering ships all international orders the best-way depending on the weight and size. Prior quotation will be provided via pro forma invoice to any destination. For convenience, B&L Engineering recommends the customer use their preferred carrier and have all charges billed to their account. The customer shall be liable for all import duties, taxes and any other expenses incurred or licenses or clearance required at port of entry and destination.
It is the customer's responsibility to check all quantities of packages and inspect for damage or missing accessories. Visible shipment loss or damage claims must be made with the carrier, by the customer, at the time of delivery. The customer must note the problem on the freight bill, or carrier's receipt, and have the carrier's agent sign the document. Concealed loss or damage claims must be made by the customer, to the carrier by, requesting an inspection and filing a claim with the carrier. All returns require prior authorization from a B&L Engineering customer service representative. If you need to return a product for reasons such as order error or incompatibility, you may be subject to restocking fees. All non-defective returns of new products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of delivery date at the buyer's expense. Special order items may not be returned. The customer is responsible for shipping damage due to inadequate packaging and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that all return shipments are properly packed and fully insured.
