How to get your instruments calibrated…Step by Step

Pack your instrument(s) in their plastic cases if available.
Complete the “Repair and Calibration Form”

Enter Company name and Date, Primary Contact, Phone, and Email address.
Enter “Bill To:” and “Ship To:” addresses.
Enter Purchase Order Number, Credit Card details, or check “Request Call for Credit Card Info”.
For each instrument (up to eight), Enter the Make/Model/Serial#

Enter “Special Instructions” (Optional)

Pack your instruments in a carton with plenty of packing material to protect them during shipping.
Put a hard copy of the Repair and Calibration Form in the carton.
If a hard copy of the Purchase Order is available, include it along with the Repair and Calibration form.
Ship the carton via UPS, FedEx, the U.S. Postal Service, or any other courier to B&L Engineering.
